How to Join & who are eligible to join:
  1. For a texter to qualify, he/she must own a mobile phone capable of downloading mobile content;
    1. be a subscriber of Globe Handyphone (Globe) or TM (Touch Mobile) whether in post paid or pre- paid plans to qualify in the weekly raffle and redeem loyalty rewards
    2. must be subscribed or have downloaded any of bidshot’s services via SMS, MMS or WAP
    3. be a registered member of Load Up 4 School Promo
  2. From May 25 – Aug 23, 2009, subscribers may join the promo by texting the following information in the correct format and sequence as shown below and send it to 2954. Registration is a one-time process and is free of charge.

How to Earn Raffle Entries and Loyalty Points

  9. Subscribers who download the same content twice or more will not earn raffle entries or loyalty points. They will receive the content they requested but not get any promo tail.

  11. Subscribers can earn raffle entries by either subscribing to a service, downloading content or both. Existing subscribers who were subscribed to services prior to the promo will start earning raffle entries and loyalty points during the promo period. These subscribers will also be receiving the promo messages. These existing subscribers must also register for the promo to qualify for the raffle and to redeem rewards.
  12. Subscribers who opt-out to any or all of the participating services within the promo duration will still be qualified to win in the weekly raffle, provided that they have accumulated valid entries.
  13. Subscribers who opt-out and opt-in again within the promo period will resume earning entries for the weekly raffle. Their previous raffle entries will still be considered valid.
  14. All Subscribers, whether they are subscribed or unsubscribed at the time of the draw, who have earned valid entries for the present wk are qualified to win in the raffle for the same week.
  15. Only Subscribers who download content from any of the participating services are qualified to win in the Daily Prize load/G-Cash

How to Redeem your Rewards

  1. Loyalty Points can be used to redeem the following rewards:

  2. Registered subscribers can choose from reward codes available. Each time the subscriber redeems a reward using the loyalty points, the number of points required is deducted from the total earned loyalty points. Subscribers can continue earning and accumulate points for the whole promo duration.
  3. To use loyalty points to redeem a reward, the registered user must reply with REDEEM <CODE>. Each sms costs P2.5

  4. After which, the registered user must confirm the Reward chosen with YES to 2954. Confirmation is FREE.

  5. E-Load/Gcash will be delivered automatically to the registered user.
  6. Usage of loyalty points will not lessen raffle point for the weekly raffle draw. When redeemed, the number of loyalty points used shall be deducted from the total number of points earned.
  7. Loyalty points can be accumulated during the promo period.
  8. Loyalty points can be redeemed from the start of the promo upto 60 days after the promo has ended.

Requirements to validate entries:

  1. The time reflected by Globe, TM and Bidshot systems shall be controlling.
  2. Qualified entries must:
    1. For weekly raffle. Be registered to Bidshot Load Up 4 School Promo and have received content and earned corresponding raffle entries from any of the Bidshot services stated above within the promo duration
    2. For daily prize. Be registered to Bidshot Load Up 4 School Promo and have downloaded content and earned corresponding raffle entries from any of the Bidshot services stated above within the promo duration.
    3. Have submitted his/her entry within the duration of the promotion
    4. Have received a confirmation text from 2922 and/or 2954
    5. Be present at Bidshot's system database within the promotion duration.
  3. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, and agree and abide by the promos complete rules and regulations.

Provision on invalid entries and loyalty points:

  1. The ff: shall not earn entries for the weekly raffle or loyalty points for the rewards:
    1. Non-registered entries;
    2. Content downloaded twice or more
    3. Content received after the promo duration.

Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo:

All employees of Bidshot Wireless Services, Inc., Globe Telecom, Innove Communications, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

What are the prizes:

Determination of Winning Text Entries:

  1. Winners must be a subscriber of Globe whether in Postpaid or Prepaid plans or TM.
  2. Postpaid subscribers that are charged/billed properly.
  3. Pre-paid subscribers that are properly decremented.
  4. A total 1820 winners or 20 winners/day of P50.00 instant load/G-Cash will be randomly chosen from Subscribers who download within the promo duration.
  5. The 26 winners of weekly prizes will be chosen from the qualified entries received within the promo duration.
  6. For the weekly prize, entries received from Mon 12:00 mn to Sun 11:59 pm will be drawn on the following Monday starting on May 25 until Aug 23, 2009.
  7. Non-winning raffle entries in the weekly draws will not qualify in the succeeding draws.
  8. Winners of instant prize are still qualified to win in the raffle draw.
  9. A subscriber may win only once in the weekly raffle and may win more than once in the daily instant prize

  10. The "Board of Judges" composed of a duly authorized representative from Bidshot Wireless Services with the presence of a DTI representative will supervise the drawing of winners. Decisions by the Board of Judges are final with concurrence to DTI.

Validation Process:

  1. Winners from Globe and/or TM will be notified by a text from Bidshot Wireless Services special access number, a call from Bidshot Wireless Services authorized representative and by registered mail.
  2. Globe reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.

Redemption of Prizes:

  1. Instant Prizes
    1. PhP50 electronic load from Globe/TM
    2. For pre-paid Globe/TM subscribers, Bidshot will send load via Share-A-Load;
    3. For post-paid Globe subscribers, Bidshot will send load via G-Cash
  2. Weekly Prizes
    1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
      1. Winning SIM Card
      2. One (1) valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver's license, school ID and/or passport)
      3. Official notification letter sent via registered mail from Bidshot Wireless Services.
  3. If the winner is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian we must also present the same abovementioned identification requirements.
  4. In case the winning subscriber cannot claim the prize personally, winners can send an authorized representative. The authorized representative should have an authorization letter and 2 valid (ID's) with picture and address, the official notification letter and the SIM card where the winning entry was made.
  5. If the winner is not the registered owner of the postpaid sim, registered owner should send an affidavit that he/she authorized the winner to use his mobile number.
  6. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner's right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
  7. The prize may be claimed at Unit 3104B East Tower, Phil Stock Exchange Center, Ortigas Center, Pasig CIty
  8. Bidshot Wireless Services shall have the right to announce/publish/ broadcast the names of the winners under this Promotion without need to give additional compensation to the winners.
  9. Additional Requirements:
    1. If the name of the subscriber indicated in the Globe billing system as being the postpaid subscriber is different from the name of the sender of the winning entry of the Promo, the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the postpaid subscriber certifying that the postpaid subscriber has authorized the winner to use his postpaid SIM card to join the Promo and that he waives his right to the prize in favor of the winner.
    2. if the drawn postpaid SIM card number corresponds to a subscription of a company, then the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company owning the postpaid SIM card certifying that the company has authorized the sender of the winning entry to join the Promo and that the company is waiving its right to claim the prize won.
    3. If the sender of the winning entry is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/legal guardian when he claims his prize. The subscriber's parent/legal guardian must then present his valid identification and proof that he is the parent/legal guardian of the subscriber.

IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification

Process for Provincial Winners

  1. Bidshot Wireless Services shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming the prize.
  2. Travel, board & lodging expenses, for claiming the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
  3. In case the winning subscriber cannot claim the prize personally, winners can send an authorized representative. The authorized representative should have the ff:
    1. An authorization letter
    2. 2 valid (ID's) with picture and address
    3. The official notification letter sent by Bidshot Wireless
    4. SIM card where the winning entry was made.
