How to Join & who are eligible to join:
  1. For a texter to qualify, he/she must:
    1. be a subscriber of Globe Handyphone (Globe) or TM (Touch Mobile), Smart Handyphone or Talk N' Text whether in post paid or pre-paid plans;
    2. be subscribed to any of 2929 participating services
    3. be a registered member of  Win Load N’ Cash Promo
  2. From April 30 – July 22, 2009, subscribers may join the promo by subscribing to any of the participating services below. To subscribe to a service, sub must send the opt-in keyword of that service to 2929. Customer will be charged the proper tariff for the received content.

  4. Subscribers may subscribe to more than 1 participating service at one time.
  5. Upon opting in to a service for the 1st time, the subscriber will be advised that he/she will receive free promo alerts. Existing subscribers will not receive promo alerts unless they subscribe to another participating 2929 service.
  6. The subscriber may opt-out from Promo Alerts by texting in STOP PROMO to 2929. Opt-out transaction is free of charge.
How to Earn Entries:
  1. There are two ways to join the promo:
    1. Raffle
      1. For every successful opt in, subscriber earns 5 or 10 raffle entries (depending on what service he/she subscribes to) to the weekly and grand draw.
      2. Only first time opt ins to a participating service shall earn entries, succeeding opt-ins to the same service will not give them additional entries.
      3. A subscriber may also earn entries for every successful receipt of unique content.

    2. Complete the word L-O-A-D

      1. A subscriber may also win load or Gcash every week when he/she completes the word LOAD. Each content received comes with a promo message containing a corresponding letter (L,O,A or D) that has been pre-determined. Subscribers who get all the letters L-O-A-D within the week will win P500 load or Gcash and will be notified via SMS:

      2. There may be up to 10 winners of P500 load or Gcash every week. Winners will be notified via SMS.
      3. Load / G-cash prizes that have not been won will not be carried over the succeeding weeks
      4. Postpaid winners will receive the prizes instantly via GCASH
      5. Prepaid and TM winners will receive the load instantly via SAL

How to register:

  1. Subscribers will have to register first to validate their entries. To register, subscribers have to enter the following information in the correct format and sequence as shown below:

    Syntax: REG <Name/age/gender/address>

  2. Registration is a one-time process per SIM card and is free of charge. Only one name per SIM card/ mobile number is allowed. However, a person may register the same name using several SIM cards/ mobile numbers.
  3. All information sent will be kept confidential and will be used solely by Bidshot Wireless Services Inc for this promo.

Requirements to validate entries:

  1. The time reflected by Globe, TM and Bidshot systems shall be controlling. Qualified entries must:
    1. be registered to the WIN LOAD N' CASH PROMO
    2. have subscribed to any participating 2929 service within the duration of the promotion April 30 - July 22, 2009
    3. have received a confirmation text from 2929
    4. be present at Bidshot Wireless Services' system database within the promotion duration.
  2. Entries earned by unregistered subs will not be qualified in the draws and will be stored in the system until subs register.
  3. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, and agree and abide by the promos complete rules and regulations.

Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the raffle draws:

All employees of Bidshot Wireless Service Inc, Globe Telecom, Innove Communications and its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo. (This will only apply to the raffle draws)

Determination of Winning Text Entries:

  1. Winners must be a subscriber of Globe whether in Postpaid or Prepaid plans or TM.
  2. Postpaid subscribers that are charged/billed properly.
  3. Pre-paid subscribers that are properly decremented
  4. There will be 12 weekly winners of P10,000 and 1 winner of P100,000 in the grand draw.
  5. Entries received within the promo period shall be drawn in accordance with the ff. table:

  6. A subscriber may only win once in the weekly draw; weekly winners may still win in the grand draw.
  7. The 20% prize tax for the grand prize will be shouldered by Bidshot Wireless Services Inc.
  8. Weekly non-winning entries will not be carried over to succeeding weekly draws but are still qualified in the grand draw.
  9. All prizes are non-transferrable.
  10. Representatives from Bidshot and the DTI will be present during the determination of winners on the Weekly Draw Dates at 3104B East Tower Phil. Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Decision of Bidshot representative shall be final with concurrence of the DTI representative.
  11. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the subscriber being identified as a legitimate winner. All winners should be of good standing with Globe Telecom and Innove Communications. For postpaid subscribers, accounts should have no outstanding overdue be current and on the date of redemption. For prepaid subscribers, accounts should have been properly decremented for all transactions and active on the date of redemption.

Validation Process:

  1. Winners from Globe and/or TM will be notified by a text from 2929 access number, a call from Bidshot Wireless Services authorized representative and by registered mail.
  2. Globe reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.

Redemption of Prizes:

G-cash / Load Winners
Weekly G-cash / load winners will receive an sms notification and will receive P500 worth of load / G-cash prize within 24-48 hours.

Raffle Winners

  1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
    1. A congratulatory text coming from 2929 access code for Globe and TM subscribers;
    2. 2 valid IDs with picture and address;
    3. The SIM card where the entry was made;
    4. The registered mail they received from Bidshot Wireless Services.
    5. Additional Requirements:
      1. If the name of the subscriber indicated in the Globe billing system as being the postpaid subscriber is different from the name of the sender of the winning entry of the Promo, the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the postpaid subscriber certifying that the postpaid subscriber has authorized the winner to use his postpaid SIM card to join the Promo and that he waives his right to the prize in favor of the winner.
      2. If the drawn postpaid SIM card number corresponds to a subscription of a company, then the sender of the winning entry of the Promo will be qualified to receive the prize if he submits an affidavit from the duly authorized representative of the company owning the postpaid SIM card certifying that the company has authorized the sender of the winning entry to join the Promo and that the company is waiving its right to claim the prize won.
      3. If the sender of the winning entry is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/legal guardian when he claims his prize. The subscriber's parent/legal guardian must then present his valid identification and proof that he is the parent/legal guardian of the subscriber.
  2. For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions. Globe shall consider the holder of a prepaid SIM card as the owner of the Globe/TM prepaid SIM card.
  3. For post-paid subscribers, account should have no outstanding balances on the date of redemption.
  4. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner's right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
  5. The prize may be claimed at the Unit 3104B East Tower, Phil Stock Exchange Center, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  6. If the winner is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian we must also present the same abovementioned identification requirements.
  7. In case the winning subscriber cannot claim the prize personally, winners can send an authorized representative. The authorized representative should have an authorization letter and 2 valid (ID's) with picture and address, the official notification letter and the SIM card where the winning entry was made.
  8. For provincial winners, Bidshot Wireless Services shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming the prize.Travel, board & lodging expenses, for claiming the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.

Control Measures:

  1. DTI representative shall be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for receiving entries, registration, assigning random computer generated raffle entries, seeding of the letters and drawing of winners. A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of Bidshot for verification of DTI at anytime.
  2. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI Representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
  3. Another DTI representative will be invited to be present during the actual drawing of the raffle winners.
  4. Bidshot Wireless Inc. will generate a list of qualified participants before the draw.
  5. Raffle numbers will be assigned at random to all qualified participants in the presence of the DTI representative before drawing winners.
  6. A copy in diskette form shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by a DTI representative for safekeeping of Bidshot Wireless Inc. and for verification of DTI at anytime until all prizes are claimed.
  7. The first and last number shall be shown on screen before drawing of winners.
  8. Winners shall be drawn one at a time using the randomly assigned raffle number.
  9. Five (5) reserved entries shall be drawn. The reserved entries shall be numbered and the first reserved entry drawn shall be declared as the winning entry just in case the winner is ruled by the Board of Judges as disqualified with approval from DTI. Process continues until a winner is found.
  10. After the winner is determined, it will be verified from the generated list by a Bidshot representative and the DTI representative. A soft copy of the generated list of qualified participants and assigned raffle entry shall also be given to the DTI representative.
  11. The list of winners will be given to the DTI representative after determination.
  12. Sponsor will inform DTI of the final winner after verifying from the telecommunication companies and any disqualified winner(s) and reason(s) for disqualification.
  13. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be submitted to the DTI representative after each witnessed draw.
  14. Database / list of participants shall include mobile number, name, address, date and time of transaction, type of transaction and a column shall be added to include the raffle numbers assigned randomly.
  15. A participant can opt-out of the promo by texting STOP ALERTS to 2929 or may call 6871821 for Globe Handyphone postpaid or prepaid subscribers or 808 for TM subscribers, for manual opt-out. Once opted out, the subscriber will no longer receive any unsolicited info text messages from the access number.
